Stuck… But Not Sorry
We rolled in planning to stay just a couple of days — a quick recharge, a bit of peace and quiet, and then back on the road. But like a good pie and a bad habit, this place got its hooks in us.
The weather was perfect, the vibes were chill, and the batteries (both solar and personal) were soaking it up. The ground got soft, we got stuck – We may have overstayed our welcome… just slightly. Let’s just say the manager wasn’t exactly handing us loyalty cards when we finally tried to leave. Something about “are you going to pay to get the area tidied up.”
Still, can you really blame us? Some places are just harder to leave than a comfy pair of trackies. And as always, it’s easier to ask forgiveness than permission.
Onward-ish!
